When do I need to pay?

Payment is required before your trip is dispatched. Once we send you a quote, pay online and your ride is confirmed.

How do I get my invoice or quote?

After you submit a ride request, we'll calculate your trip cost and email you a quote with a payment link. You can also call us at 1-888-401-2345 for an instant quote.

Is Apple Pay really available?

Yes — Apple Pay is available automatically when you pay through Square on any iPhone, iPad, or Mac with Face ID or Touch ID. No extra setup needed on your end.

Can I pay for someone else's ride?

Absolutely. Family members or caregivers can pay on behalf of the patient. Just submit the ride request with the patient's details and pay using any method above.

What if I need to cancel?

Call us at 1-888-401-2345 as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund policies depend on how much notice is given. We'll always work with you fairly.
