How is mileage calculated?
Mileage is measured from your pickup address to your destination using actual driving distance. We give you the total cost estimate before your trip.
Is the first 30 minutes of wait time really free?
Yes. If your appointment runs a little long, the first 30 minutes of wait time are on us. After that, a $20 per 30-minute wait time fee applies to ensure our drivers are fairly compensated.
Why are after-hours and weekend rates higher?
Providing service outside of standard business hours requires additional driver availability and scheduling. The premium helps us remain reliable 7 days a week.

Do you offer discounts for recurring rides?
